Delete your account

This page deletes your account for Gustly on the web and for the Android app Gustly: Kite Forecast & AI (Google Play, org.gustly.app). It is the same account.

In the app or on this page, deleting happens at once and cannot be undone.

How to delete

On this page: sign in at gustly.org, come back here and press the button below twice.
In the app: Settings, Account, Delete account.
By email, no app needed: write to privacy@gustly.org from the Google address you sign in with, and it will be done for you.

The delete button shows here when you are signed in. If it does not, use the app or email.

Deleted at once

your account basics from Google (name, email, picture link, Google id);
your rider profile, gear, home spot, your own spots, hidden spots and check-in answers;
all your chats;
your usage record and AI cost record;
feedback you sent, with its screenshots and any reply, and feedback you started but never sent;
your alert history and the days you shared;
every sign-in, on all your devices.

After that, Gustly's database keeps nothing of yours. Settings kept in your browser (map settings, a chat message you had not sent) stay on each device until you clear them there.

Kept after you delete

If you sent feedback, Berend may already have copied it into his own notes to fix the problem, and opened a private tracking ticket that holds only its number and type, never your words, screenshots or name. Write to privacy@gustly.org and the notes will be removed.
Railway, which hosts Gustly, keeps standard server logs, and OpenRouter, the AI service, keeps its own request records. They keep them under their own rules, which Gustly does not set, as part of running those services. They do not carry your name or email.
Counters of how often your account sent feedback or shared a day, which stop abuse, run out on their own within a day. They hold only your account number.

While your account is open

Until you delete it, Gustly clears these on its own every day:

Your account basics, rider profile, spots and chats stay until you delete them (one chat or all chats in Gustly) or the account.
